Welcome to the Swiss Guide and Scout Movement

Scouting and Guiding in Switzerland consists of 42000 members. Those are organized in 22 canton associations (regions) with another 600 local groups and troops. The daily scouting and guiding activities are done in the local groups. Each group consists of 5 age groups and sections: Beavers, Cub Scouts and Brownies, Scouts and Guides, Ventures and Rovers/Leaders. The Swiss Scouts and Guides Movement is a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movements (WOSM) and World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS).
